“PalletWatch has enabled us to greatly increase the number of pallet transactions we handle at Ofload. Reference search and many different options for filter searches make reconciliation super easy. The platform is intuitive and easy for anyone to learn, with only basic understanding of pallet control we now have full control of our accounts.
Using the bulk import tool we have automated reconciliation and raising transfer dockets to a great extent. The reconcile screen is a favourite, where we can keep notes to a docket and communicate directly with trading partners.

There are so many features that allow us to have great control and visibility of our CHEP and Loscam accounts. We can monitor FTR, run link docket reports, check invoices and run simple and intuitive reconcile reports to stay on top of any issues in a timely manner.
