Karras Cold Logistics changed Pallet Management Systems to PalletWatch in July 2022. Since that time we’ve seen our pallet accounts improve dramatically thanks, in no small part, to the brilliant functions available in PalletWatch. Account reconciliation is simple, reference searching is easy and thorough, learning to use Palletwatch can be a self-teach scenario – especially with the concise help function available – while John Stuart and his team are only a call away and always willing to assist. My favorite features are the ability to clone dockets and the docket history, which is comprehensive – giving a clear snapshot of changes, corrections, communications, and reinstatements. Sending an email and receiving a reply via the docket is also at the top of my list, as any attachments such as PODs are saved against the docket. I’ve used various pallet management systems in the past but since switching to PalletWatch, I won’t use anything else.
